DELIVERY
TIME
Please
allow 5-10 working days for deliveries within Malaysia. We will only
dispatch your order once we have received an acknowledgement of payment from
your good self. Orders will only be shipped after the payment has been cleared.
Once the shipment is out, we will notify you the Shipment tracking number by
e-mail. However, if we do not have the stock for the product(s), you will
receive a notification from us and the delivery may take up to 1
week.
RETURNS/REFUND
POLICY
Customers
must inspect all product(s) ordered and purchased at the time of delivery. Once
accepted by customer upon delivery, the products delivered will be deemed to
conform to such Purchaser’s order(s) is/are in good condition and free from
defect(s).
Aver
Awards Virtual Mall will exchange product(s) only if the returned product(s) are
not working.
RULES
ON ACCEPTING EXCHANGE OF GOODS
To
exchange the Products, customers must aware of our “NO CASH REFUND
POLICY” and must comply with these rules:
- Request
for exchange must be made to the Company within 5 working days
of the receipt of the Product(s).
- Authorization
from the Company is required to initiate the exchange.
- Item(s)
to be exchanged must be in good and new condition and with all original
packaging material and to be examined in order to determine its original
packaging and condition. Aver Awards Virtual Mall does not bear any sign of
being used or consumed.
- If
Good(s) delivered and received do not match good(s)
ordered,
customers must immediately notify Customer Service within 5 working days
of receipt.
- Customer
is required to submit the following at the time of
exchange:
- Copy
of Aver Awards Virtual Mall Sales Confirmation Order
- Proof
of payment.
- Defective
item.
GOODS
EXCHANGE PROCEDURES
- Contact
us immediately or within 5 working days of receipt to obtain an
exchange authorization.

- Send
back the defective item to our HQ Office by POS or courier service and the
cost shall be beared by the customer/sender.

defective item and purchase confirmation order.)
- The
exchange must be the same product item or other product with same price. If
the customer wishes to exchange for product with higher selling price, the
customer is required to pay the top up. (Please take note that Aver Awards
Sdn Bhd does not practice CASH REFUND POLICY.)
- Once
your request for exchange has been approved by us, we will be very happy to
exchange the product for you immediately. (Note that: if you prefer the
exchange by mail, please allow us to send back the exchange item by courier
within 7 working days.)
